Paddleboards stolen in Haliburton


The Haliburton Highlands OPP is investigating the theft of two stand-up paddleboards from the beach location of Algonquin Outfitters in Haliburton's Head Lake Park.


Sometime during the overnight hours of Sunday Aug. 12 a person (or persons) gained entry into Algonquin Outfitters' enclosed trailer police said. Once inside they stole two paddleboards valued at $1500. Both boards have "AO Boatwerks" stickers affixed to them.
