Golf games will go uninterrupted this summer in West Guilford as Lakeside Golf Club remains open.
In the fall there was much discussion about turning the property into a concert venue. As the Echo last reported organizers hit several snags along the way including with the Ministry of Transportation.
Cindy Cox an owner of the club said in an email that “there is no music venue planned on this location.”
“We look forward to being open for golf in the spring” she said in an email signed Cindy and Earl Cox.
This is Lakeside’s 65th anniversary and its 19th season.
