A
teenager from Port Colborne has died after a boating incident on
Clement Lake in Highlands East on August 16.

The
13-year-old male was flown to a hospital in Toronto with
life-threatening injuries shortly before 4 p.m.

Haliburton OPP is currently investigating the
boating incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the
