Bell customers are experiencing issues calling Haliburton Highlands Health Services, with Bell cell phones
and land lines unable to connect. These callers are encountering either a busy signal or a ‘customer not
available’ message.
Incoming ambulance calls are not affected.
Calls placed through other networks such as Rogers, TELUS, or NFTC are connecting.
Work is being done with Bell to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and HHHS will provide an update
when the issue is resolved.
