Congratulations to the Red Hawks boys' curling team for qualifying for the Kawartha finals last week Wednesday. Way to go Dustyn McCready DeBruin Jonas Hill Liam Little and Jacob Dobson!
Congratulations to the girls' curling team for an amazing showing at the Kawartha semi-finals last week Wednesday. The girls defeated LCVI 10-4 and will be playing in the Kawartha finals. The team consisted of Ania Smolen Emily Parish Chelsea Flynn and Holly Parish.
Juniors battle at COSSA
The Red Hawks junior girls' volleyball team travelled to Quinte Christian High School to compete for the COSSA championship on Thursday Feb 22. The girls battled hard all day and finished third.
The senior girls' volleyball team travelled to Quinte Christian High School to compete for the COSSA championship last week. The girls defeated Nicholson Catholic College in a fifth set tie-breaker to advance to the
finals. The team battled hard against Quinte Christian School in the final where they emerged as silver medallists.
The senior boys' basketball team travelled to St. Thomas Aquinas to compete in the COSSA championships on Thursday Feb. 22. The team defeated Quinte Christian School to advance to the finals. After a tough game against Nicholson Catholic College the team finished the season as silver medallists.
