Coboconk pair hit with drug trafficking charges

Two Coboconk area residents are facing multiple drug trafficking charges following a joint investigation by the Haliburton Highlands OPP and the provincial force’s Kawartha Lakes-based community street crime unit.

Officers executed a search warrant at a property in Coboconk on Dec. 21, 2020 seizing a number of items including cocaine, oxycodone, cell phones, a minivan and more than $40,000 cash.

Nick Servinis, 58, and Sarah Blower-Hagan, 31, have been charged with: possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of oxycodone for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime.

The pair are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on Feb. 25.
