To the Editor

Many people especially seniors and businesses have been clients of Scotiabank in Wilberforce for many years and the fact they are being moved to Bancroft was a blow to many of us. I myself do not shop in Bancroft and other than continuing banking with Scotiabank would be the only reason I would have to drive that far. As customer appreciation to those customers to this bank for years I do not understand why they cannot leave the bank machine where it is. It is in the lobby of Scotiabank which I was led to believe they still lease for another two years. This would satisfy a lot of upset and enable many seniors to bank from home and businesses to continue to support the bank. Just a thought that is all.
