Shortly before 10 a.m. Tuesday July 11 officers with the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the OntarioProvincial Police responded to a report of an attempted robbery at theLucky Dollar Store on Mill Street in Gooderham.

According to police two men entered the store tried to steal something and were unsuccessful.

Police have released few details about the incident what was stolen how it took place or descriptions of the suspects.

The men fled in a 1984 black Buick Grand National and were last seen driving westbound on County Road 503.
